It depends on how each bill is paid, and creating an order costs nothing. A bill paid through TAB pays one transaction fee out of the payment: 2.5% plus ₦ 150.00, plus VAT, capped at ₦ 3,650.00 before VAT. A bill settled in cash, on your own POS or by a transfer straight to you uses one credit, ₦ 150.00 VAT included, and no fee. Settlement to your bank the next business day is free, and each withdrawal you make from your TAB balance costs a flat ₦ 100.00. There is no subscription, no setup fee and no charge per user or per branch.

A prepaid bill settled outside TAB. Recording a cash, POS or direct-transfer payment uses one, so 50 credits covers the next 50 of those bills. Your balance is a count of bills, not a sum of naira. Credits cost ₦ 150.00 each, VAT included, in packs of 10, 20, 50, 100, 200 and 500.

Not for those bills: they pay the transaction fee out of the payment instead. Credits are for bills settled outside TAB, bills left open for a day, and the nightly report if you want it.

Rounds added to a table or a room belong to the same bill, and an appointment's deposit and balance count once. Each bill is charged once, by how it is paid.

The 30 credits every business starts with and any you earn by referring. Each covers one bill settled in cash, on POS or by a transfer straight to you, just as a bought credit does; they don't cover the transaction fee on a bill paid through TAB. They are used before credits you buy and last 90 days. Credits you buy never expire.

At zero, a bill settled in cash or on POS can't be recorded until you top up, though the customer can still pay it through TAB. Bills left open for a day can take you below zero; at -10, staff can't start new orders and your table and room codes take payment as customers order. Auto-refill is on unless you switch it off: whenever you drop to 10, 50 more credits are bought from your TAB balance.

One transaction fee: 2.5% plus ₦ 150.00, plus VAT at 7.5%, and never more than ₦ 3,650.00 before VAT. A ₦ 2,000.00 payment costs ₦ 215.00 all in, a ₦ 15,000.00 payment ₦ 564.38, and anything from ₦ 140,000.00 up ₦ 3,923.75, because the fee is at its cap. You can choose to pass the fee to your customer at checkout, so they pay it on top of the bill.

Yes, up to ₦ 5,000,000.00 a month until your verification is approved, and payouts wait until then. A business verified without CAC registration keeps that monthly limit; one verified with its CAC registration has none.
