Your customers do not have to change
They order in WhatsApp, which they already have, or from a link, or from a code on the table. There is no app to download on either side.
One record under every channel
The counter, the chat, the storefront and the table read the same catalog and the same stock. That is the whole point, and it is what the tools you are stitching together cannot do.
Nothing to buy
Tab is a web app. Whatever you already own becomes the till: a phone, a tablet, the laptop at the back, or a POS terminal you bought years ago.
Two ways to get paid
Collect in Tab by card (NGN or USD) or by bank transfer, or take it on the machine you already have and record it. Neither one is forced on you.
A day that closes itself
Every payment is attached to the order it paid for, so the end of the night is a number to read rather than an hour of matching a bank app against a drawer.
We don't earn until you sell
Pay as you go is credit-based: a small amount comes off your credit on each sale, and nothing at all when nothing sells. The cost tracks the business rather than the calendar.
The numbers come to you
A report in the morning covering what sold, what did not, what margin you made and what to reorder. Not a dashboard you have to remember to open.

Tab is built by Bill Intelligent Flow Technologies, trading as Billif. It is a fair question to ask before handing a business's card settlement to anyone, and the answer should not take digging to find.
Billif also makes Billif APP, which handles invoices, vendor bills and approvals for the same business. Tab is the front office, Billif APP is the back office, and support comes from a team in your own time zone.
Being straight about it
What Tab is not
Gathered from the individual use case pages, because a buyer should not have to read six of them to find the disqualifying line.
Not a supermarket checkout. No barcode scanners at the till, no goods priced by weight on a scale. Tab is built for a counter, not a checkout lane.
Not a booking or scheduling system. No stylist calendar, no reservation book with table-turning rules, no automated reminders. Pair it with a tool that does that.
Not property management. Tab covers food, beverage and retail at a hotel or shortlet. It does not handle rooms, and charges cannot be posted to a guest's folio.
Not back-of-house stock control. Bottles and packaged goods carry a real count; food is marked off when the kitchen calls it. No recipe costing, no purchase orders, no waste logging.
Not a marketing tool. Tab records who bought from you. It does not send broadcasts or run campaigns.
Not a multi-branch merchandising layer. Each branch runs its own stock and takings, but Tab will not move stock between them or buy for the group.
